We engaged and compared a few interior designers before choosing Three Masons, and Paul immediately impressed us with his ability to create 3D designs of our preferred home concept within just a few minutes. This gave us a clear visual of how our house could look and helped us make decisions with greater confidence. During every visit, Paul would show us design ideas and make edits promptly based on our feedback, which made the entire design process smooth and enjoyable. Although there were some hiccups during the renovation, Paul did not ignore our concerns. He put in the effort to resolve the issues and was always prompt in checking our availability and understanding our needs. Even after the renovation was completed, he continued to assist us by rectifying areas that required amendments. We truly appreciate Paul's dedication, responsiveness, and commitment to ensuring our satisfaction. Had a great experience with The Three Masons, especially with our interior designer, Paul. His patience, in-depth knowledge, and years of experience really stood out throughout the entire renovation process. The workmanship and carpentry were excellent, with great attention to detail. Paul took the time to understand our needs and provided a truly tailored experience, making the whole process much smoother and more comfortable. The location being near an MRT is also a great convenience. We had a very good renovation experience with The Three Mason, and our ID, Mr Zhixiong, was a pleasure to work with. Zhixiong was patient throughout the entire process, especially when we had questions, changes or needed time to decide on certain details. He listened to what we wanted rather than pushing us towards unnecessary or expensive options. Most importantly, the renovation was completed within the promised timeline, which was a huge relief. The carpentry workmanship was also very good—we had quite a fair amount of customised carpentry and detailing, and we are very happy with how everything turned out. What I appreciated most was that the renovation was reasonably priced without compromising on the overall look and workmanship. The end result feels warm, practical and very much like our home. Would definitely recommend The Three Mason and Zhixiong to anyone looking for an ID who is patient, reliable and mindful of budget. Our renovation journey was honestly much more stressful than we ever imagined, and we hope our experience can help other homeowners avoid making the same mistake. Like many new homeowners, we attended a renovation expo and engaged an interior designer from In****** T*** after being attracted by their promotional package. We paid a $1,000 deposit, thinking we had found a great deal. Unfortunately, after going through the quotation in detail, we realized that the "package" was actually very basic and excluded many essential renovation items. As more discussions took place, the cost kept increasing, and the final quotation came to an additional $34,000, excluding electrical works. We were completely shocked and extremely disappointed. Our advice to all homeowners is this: please don't sign any renovation package without understanding exactly what is included and, more importantly, what is excluded. A low package price may look attractive initially, but the additional costs can quickly add up. After deciding to cancel the project, we felt exhausted and had honestly started losing confidence in the renovation industry. Thankfully, a close friend recommended Paul and Aaron to us. To be honest, we were still 半信半疑 (half-convinced and half-skeptical) because of what we had just gone through, but we decided to give them one last chance. From our very first meeting, we immediately felt the difference. Paul and Aaron never pressured us into signing anything. Instead, they spent time understanding our lifestyle, our renovation goals, and our budget. They patiently answered every question we had and explained the pros and cons of different materials, layouts, and design options. Rather than trying to sell us the most expensive solution, they genuinely wanted us to make informed decisions that suited our home. One thing that impressed us the most was their transparency. Their quotation was detailed, easy to understand, and already included the electrical works that many companies leave out initially. Throughout the entire renovation, there were no surprise costs, hidden charges, or variation orders. The final amount we paid was exactly what they had quoted us from the beginning. That level of honesty and professionalism gave us tremendous peace of mind. Another reason we decided to engage them was that before we even signed the contract, Paul and Aaron prepared detailed 3D drawings for us. This allowed us to visualize our future home clearly and understand exactly what we were committing to. It made us feel confident because there were no assumptions or guesswork—we knew what we were paying for before making any commitment. During the renovation, they remained responsive, responsible, and always kept us updated on the progress. Whenever there were questions or decisions to be made, they patiently guided us through the process instead of rushing us. It really felt like they cared about delivering a beautiful home rather than simply completing another project. Looking back, cancelling our first renovation company was probably one of the best decisions we made. We are incredibly thankful that we met Paul and Aaron. They completely restored our confidence in the renovation industry through their honesty, transparency, professionalism, and dedication. To any homeowner who is looking for an interior designer, we genuinely recommend speaking with Paul and Aaron. If you value clear pricing, detailed planning, excellent communication, and designers who truly have your best interests at heart, they are definitely the team to trust. After meeting with more than 12 interior designers over the course of five months, we finally decided to engage The Three Masons Pte Ltd, and it was one of the best decisions we made for our home renovation. From our very first meeting, Paul and Kathleen stood out from the rest. Before we even paid a single dollar or signed any agreement, they prepared a detailed 3D rendering of our home. This gave us the confidence to visualise the final outcome and fully understand what we were committing to, something no other company offered. Their quotation was transparent, detailed, and easy to understand. True to their promise, there were no hidden costs, surprise variation orders, or unnecessary add-ons throughout the entire renovation process. Everything was delivered exactly as discussed. As we travel overseas frequently for work, we had to leave our renovation entirely in their hands. Paul and Kathleen kept us updated with regular photos, videos, and progress reports, giving us complete peace of mind even when we were out of the country. They were always responsive, patient, and willing to answer every question we had. During the reno process there were a few changes and hiccups which they patiently address and work around what we wanted. The workmanship exceeded our expectations. Every detail was carefully executed, and any small issues were resolved promptly without excuses. Their team was professional, organised, and maintained excellent communication from start to finish. It truly felt like they treated our home as if it were their own. What impressed us the most was their honesty and genuine care. They took the time to explain the pros and cons of different materials instead of simply recommending the most expensive options. We never felt pressured into making decisions, and their advice was always practical and in our best interest. During the renovation Paul as a Boss would do regular site inspection which we were impressed that at least someone care compared to our previous renovation.
